Back from Taiwan

Back to work since Tues and hasn't had the time to write on my taiwan trip. Gh is even more busy. We came back on Sun 11plus at nite and my dad and mum came to pick us up from the airport. By the time i finish my unpacking and is ready to concuss, it's already 140am. Blessed that I'm still on leave the next day but gh gotta go back work the very morning. In fact, he just flew off to Vietnam for a business trip on yesterday and will only be back on Monday.

Back track on the trip, it was fun and although a lot of travelling on the coach, gh and me did spend some quality together. Taipei was coold. We had fun snapping and eating away there! We were almost constantly on the coach heading to the next destination and had to travel on mountainous areas which can be very dangerous. Well, we have divine protection and as long as i'm on the bus, nothing will happen. We went with another couple and always had our nights out either around the vicinity or to night markets for more food after we checked into the hotel. Surprising, I dun think i put on any weight. heh..we travel round the whole island of taiwan and that explains those extensive travellings. I did not spend much for the first 4 days except on food, so on the 5th and 6th days, we tried to clear our taiwan dollars. We managed to get some christmas presents for some friends at Xi Men Ding on the day we were about to leave. I did minimal shopping for myself too..hee..bought a pair of shoes, jeans (to be worn as 3/4 jeans), a scarf (tempted to buy and eventually bought :P) and some cute shorts..hee..that's all the buys for myself in about 3 hours. gh bought a tie for himself and ....hmm..the rest were presents for people. .hee..Oh yes, i bought a brolly too cos it was drizzling there.

I really enjoyed and hope that we can rewind the time..heh..next year i wanna go Israel! Back to S'pore and will start to serve in choir again on Sun. Managed to go back to my old shift (Thurs BS) although was told initially that I will be put on the Fri BS shift which means I can't serve with pple I'm more familiar with in choir and will be serving different BS as gh when he is on duty. God is good la!

Was pondering on what i would wanna do after another 1.5 years in this company. I really think ahead ya! Has been on my mind but not to the point that it worried me. hee! I can either stay or move on to something else. After some thoughts and alternatives that rush thru my mind, I stopped there and then, and told God that I will move wherever the Holy Spirit leads. He shall prosper my path and move me into greater heights for I'm always above and not beneath! As He is, so am I in this world! As He is successful and full of glory, so am I. ;) Only the Lord knows what is the desires in my heart and all things work together for my good! And I just rest in that. Shalom...
