Year 2005

Hi to all who are about to give up checking up on any updates from me on this blog. Hee! Realised it's been a long time since I last wrote anything here. I hope nobody gave up on me here. ;p Well, my first entry in year 2005.
I have stepped into this new year with not much feeling about it. Not that I am not looking forward to anything but since I don't really believe in making resolutions, I just stepped into this new year with a quiet and calm heart. I choose to believe that everything will be taken care of for me and I shall have favour with whoever I meet along the way, with things working for good.
I think I will take this year as a year where I will just be as relax as possible and just let go of everything that has bothered me and let God handles them for me. "Let not your heart be troubled" is the verse from bible that kept ringing in me. I think it's the verse for me for the season or for the year esp.

I just watched Aviator last night with a few church friends. Well, not much comments about it, all I can say is it's not really my kind of show and it's boring. It's 3hrs! Painful butt after that..hee! After the show, we went for a drink at PS Macs since it's open till 3am. Hmm, I don't really hang out with this group of friends and I found out something during the conversation. Btw, they are all at least 3 or more years older than me. They tok about companies, people behind these companies, financial reports, supposedly big names in the industries...well, i totally have not much idea what they are talking about and felt kinda out of place...think my cup of ice lemon tea is my only playmate on that table. Nonetheless, i still enjoyed myself listening to bits and pieces here and there, some pretty interesting to just know. Made me realise how simple and shallow i am...haha..neh, think simple is da word. I only like to joke, tease, laugh at pple's silly jokes, shopping, gagets(limited knowledge though), friendly gossips and sing.

Oh yes, has anybody watched the new Gatsby advert about the shaving cream?..it's silly but funny..haha..Till my next entry, best wishes to all my friends in this new year! God is in control when He is Lord over your life. =)
